Online payment is collected by Razorpay on our behalf. A paid order is confirmed only after Razorpay marks the payment successful. Pieces shown as "on request" are quoted separately and are not payable online.
Prices are in Indian rupees. Listed prices are the amount you pay, plus any shipping shown at checkout.
Size, timber and finish must be confirmed in writing or on WhatsApp before we cut wood. Typical dispatch is about 35 days after that confirmation. See our Shipping & returns page for cancellation and return rules.
Delivery dates are estimates. Inspect the piece on delivery and note damage on the transporter slip. Some cartons are self-assembly; installation can be arranged, so ask when you order.
