Furniture is made to order in our Sikar workshop. Typical dispatch is about 35 days after size, timber and finish are confirmed in writing or on WhatsApp.
Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Flat shipping is Rs 0. Large or made-to-order pieces may be quoted separately; we will tell you before production starts.
Delivery dates are estimates and depend on the transporter. Please inspect the carton in front of the delivery person and note any damage on the transporter slip, then message us the same day with photos.
You can cancel before production starts for a full refund. Once cutting has begun on a made-to-order piece it cannot be cancelled.
Ready stock in unused condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery; return freight is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. Custom pieces are not returnable unless they differ from the confirmed specification.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.
We stand behind our joinery and workmanship. Natural wood varies in grain and colour; this is not a defect. Contact info@lignumarts.com with your order number for any issue.
